Welcome to Exclusive Puppies. Your number one source for all things fluffy, cute and small. We're dedicated to giving you the very best of a best friend or companion, with a focus on uniqueness, health and cuteness overload. I Started this business back in the 80's as a hobby by myself but then took time off to raise a family, but 3 gorgeous grown up children, 1 grandchild and 25 years later I am now back on my way to hopefully filling your home with little pitter patter of paws. Over the years I have had these Breeds as my pets, so I have gotten to know there characteristics very well. When I first started out again, all I wanted to do was help children with special needs and what better way to do it than with a puppy and a puppy that is the right breed. I have spent the past several years doing research, speaking to professionals, speaking to parents with children that have special needs and importantly speaking to children, seniors and carer's themselves. I then decided to quit my day job and do this full time and put smiles on everyone's faces whether you are a child or adult with special needs, an elderly person or just a family looking for a companion. We are now thrilled to finally have Exclusive Puppies up and running. So if you are looking for a Shih Tzu, Shoodle, Cavoodle, Toy Poodle or King Charles Cavalier then look no further. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For any puppy being delivered via a pet transport company must be paid for in full between 5 and 6 weeks of age. Puppies that are picked up by the customer or delivered by me can be paid for at meeting point. We ask for a Non refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice when you chose your puppy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do take pups/adults dogs back and we re home them free of charge. Please note: If you have purchased a puppy from us then you will find in your paperwork there is a return policy clause.
DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST
Yes we do have waiting lists for all our breeds. To go on our waiting list you need to contact us with the Breed your interested in, your name, address, phone, email and preferably sex of dog your interested in, via the "give us a shout" tab at the bottom of this page. A $50 waiting fee for our time will be asked for before going on our waiting list. No refund is given as we spend a lot of time contacting people and making this list happen, not to mention the time we spend chatting with potential customers. Too many people took advantage of our free service and waisted so much of our time Hence why we are now asking for a $50 waiting fee
DO YOU SELL PUPPIES INTERSTATE
Yes we do sell all over Australia. We use Jet pets and Dog movers to transport our pups interstate but we do offer a free delivery service up to 2 hrs from our home. Please note: we do not cover transport costs other than the up to 2 hrs Free delivery service from our home. All Transport costs through dog movers or jetpets must be paid for in full by you "the Customer"
